Representation and Sale of Art Work
This Web Site does not represent the Artist and or their Work(s) of Art in any capacity other than to display said Work(s) of Art for the sole purpose of viewing.
The Sale of Art Work(s) by Artist submitted to Competition, displayed in Exhibition, or Archived on this Web Site is the sole responsibility of the respective Artist.
Limitation of Liability
The Artist agrees to and shall be responsible for any costs, attorney’s fees, or damages against this Web Site or its owners as a result of inappropriate, libelous, or illegal content of Materials.
Should Entry Forms, Digital Works of Art, and Fees become misplaced, lost, or damaged in transit, by the Artist, this Web Site will not be held liable or accountable.
